I am a Photography student currently studying at a local TAFE course in Photo Imaging. I had created this account for the soul-purpose of being able to upload and share my course work with friends, family and anyone else that would care to see.

If you see this icon on any of my photographs, it means that I am allowing you to take the photo, edit it, do what you want. As long as you give me credit somehow for taking the photo.

If you see this icon on any of my photographs, it means that I am not giving anyone permission to take, edit or copy it in any way, shape or form.

You may be looking at those icons and wondering to yourself, 'Well why not just choose one and use that for all your photographs?'
My answer to that is; I am particular about my photographs. If I feel completely accomplished and proud of a photograph I am likely going to want to keep it to myself, I don't want someone else damaging something that I care completely about. If it's a standard, 'I could take it at anytime' photograph, I don't mind if people are to use it seeing as how it's likely not original and can be duplicated within someone else's camera anyway.

Okay yes, as you can tell I'm bored - and let's not forget tired - and sore.
Yes. Today has not been kind to me and I have a feeling it's probably because I got less than an hours sleep last night.

Well, I need to do my journal entry for Tafe so here it goes.

Got to Tafe a little late and walked into the first class, soon after we headed out into the field (the group I was split into) and set up a little makeshift backdrop. Using this we learned about portraiture within different conditions, whether it be outside or in a studio, whether we use studio flashes/tungsten lighting or pure daylight, whether we have a real backdrop or a makeshift one. During this class we were to all take part in modelling (yes I may have broken a few lenses when I jumped into the spotlight) and photographing. Not being serious throughout the entire thing and acting like "Men in Black" with my friend most of the time we got through it.

Getting into the second class (this is where the hell starts) we sat down and started talking about what we were doing within class that day as usual and found out we were taking photos of glass using the "Bright-field" lighting technique. First subject being a tall wine glass was pretty easy, just a few mishaps. Second and third subjects (smaller wine glass and glass bottle) however felt like making everything that could go wrong, go wrong. By the end of the class I had ended up getting a gigantic migraine and just felt like lying down and dying.

Within the last class we learned about designing a webpage. That's it basically. We went more indepth than that but I don't know how far I could get without stuffing up the explanation entirely.

Okay so that's all from me today, see you soon (hopefully).
